Fixed equitable charge all debts purchased or purported by the security holder pursuant to an agreement for the purchase of debts between the security holder and the company (inc. All related rights thereof) which fail to vest effectively or absolutely in the security holder for any reason and all amounts of indebtedness not charged above and which shall have arisen from contracts of sale of goods or the supply of services by the company and floating charge all monies of the company in respect of the debts as shall stand released from time to timefrom the fixed charge.
