Short particulars
The company charges and assigns to the bank the plant machinery chattels or other equipment described in the appendix attached hereto together with any part or parts thereof and all additions alterations accessories replacements and renewals of component parts thereto and together with the benefit of any obligations and warranties given by the manufacturer or supplier of the property and all obligations and warranties given by any other party in respect of the property to or in favour of the company and the benefit of all maintenance agreements entered into the company and any such third party.
