By way of first fixed charge insofar as not assigned arright to k/s under clause 9 of article iii section 1 of a production finance agreement entered into by (1) the company (2) abracodabra productions limited ("productions") (3)abracadabra films limited ("films") and (4) k/s dated 1/4/86 all right title and interest of the company to and in connection with the series and any further eplsoden of the terrision programme tentatively called "abracadabra" (see doc M15 and schedule for full details).
