Turnover increased by 4.4% to £18,967,971 (2020: £18,168,929). The increase in turnover came as a direct result of both
improved organic growth from current customers, but also new business wins, which have been driven by the launch of some
significant new sustainable products during the year. The impact of delayed launch dates, due to COVID (restrictions on
customer site testing), has meant we experienced higher implementation costs in the year v sales delivered. As a result, the
company reported a loss before tax of (£825,731), which after tax adjustments was a loss of (£610,275).
