Brief description
All and whole that plot or area of ground containing ninety five decimal or ten thousandth parts of a hectare or thereby metric measure situated in the city of dundee and county of angus being the subjects more particularly described in, disponed by and shown partly coloured red and partly coloured red and hatched in black on the plan annexed and executed as relative to disposition by the city of dundee district council in favour of james hay cameron and margaret mitchell low or cameron recorded in the general register of sasines for the county of angus on twenty ninth august nineteen ninety; being the subjects more particularly shown as coloured red and blue on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative hereto, together with together with (one) the mid terraced dwellinghouse known as 126 dickson avenue, dundee, DD2 4EH and all other buildings and erections on the subjects hereby secured, (two) the whole rights sole, joint, common, mutual or otherwise pertaining to the said subjects including all rights of access as described in the said disposition, (three) the whole parts, privileges and pertinents pertaining thereto, (four) the whole fittings and fixtures therein and thereon and (five) the borrower’s whole right, title and interest in and to the subjects hereby secured.
