All and whole the subjects known as and forming 1 carron road,falkirk, FK2 7RS being the ground floor shop tinted blue on the title plan STG24165 of the tenement 1 to 19 (odd numbers) carron road; together with a joint right in common with the proprietors of the remainder of the shop units forming the ground floor of the said tenement to the access yard tinted brown on the said title plan and a right of access thereto from david's loan over the area tinted yellow on the said title plan; together also with a joint right in common with the proprietors of the remainder of the shop units and dwelling houses forming the said tenement to the solum on which the said tenement is erected and to all common parts of the said tenement, including, without prejudice to the generality hereof, the foundations, roof, outside walls, mutual division walls so far as separating the subjects hereby disponed from the remainder of the said tenement, drain pipes, rhones, gutters, water pipes, electric mains, cables and other transmitters, all in so far as used in common by the proprietors of the subjects in this title and the proprietors of the remainder of the shop units and dwellinghouses forming the remainder of the said tenement; which subjects form part and portion of the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number STG24165.
