1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |

Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |

Other operating income |
Other Operating Income represents monies transferred during the year from Miss Margaret Trower's Disabled |
Discretionary Trust. The directors pay sufficient funds into the company to pay for the employment services of a |
number of staff who assist with the long term care of their daughter, Miss Margaret Trower, who was injured at |
birth. |
