Supplemental deed premises at victoria st belfast held under a conveyance dated 14/1/58 made between the bank of ireland trustee co LTD and william terence john bradley of the one part and pratt & montgomery LTD of the other part together with all buildings and erections and all fixed plant machinery and all fixtures on the premises but excluding all tenants installations trade fixtures and fitting and trade plant and equipment (provided that all plant apparatus and appliances used for or in connection with the services of gas water and electricity shall not be deemed to come within this exception) and together also with all rights powers easements and appurtenance thereunto belonging subject to and with the benefit of all leases tenancies rights easements and rent charges licences covenants and conditions affecting the same butr othrwise free from incumbrances.
