R360 Media, Theatre, and Arts CIC provides media, theatre, and performing arts training and activities.The training and all the activities equipped our candidates with the right skills to transition into employment and further education, which could lead to different careers within the industry.The training prepares candidates and gives them the confidence to take advantage of the available job opportunities that are right for them.Our training has benefits most people, especially young people, older people, unemployed or job seekers, people looking for a change of career, and those that require employment support services.Our training - Getting into media presenting Theatre, Drama and Arts EducationAt least 20 candidates participated and benefited from our training programs during this financial year.Three of our candidates has been able to get into employment and one candidate has been able to secure volunteer position because of our training.Our organisation prioritises candidates from Greater Manchester, particularly the deprived community in Greater Manchester.Our activities have benefited our community in this financial year;
Our Stakeholders:Candidates undergoing media, theatre, and performing arts training.Greater Manchester Community, particularly the deprived community in Greater Manchester.Colleges and Universities, Community Organisations in Greater Manchester, Job Centres, Media Organisations, theatre and performing arts organisations, Mental Health Organisations, and Charity organisations in Greater Manchester.Consultations with Stakeholders:R360 Media, Theatre, and Arts CIC regularly engage in consultations with stakeholders through:Feedback sessions with candidates to understand their needs and experiences during training.Outreach programs and community events to connect with the Greater Manchester community and gather input on program effectiveness.Collaboration and partnership discussions with industry professionals, educational institutions, and local businesses.Actions Taken in Response to Feedback:Feedback from candidates is used to enhance training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of individuals seeking employment and further education.Community input influences outreach initiatives, helping the organisation tailor its activities to better serve the deprived community in Greater Manchester.Collaboration with industry professionals is adjusted based on feedback to provide more valuable and relevant training experiences.R360 Media, Theatre, and Arts CIC remains open to feedback and continuously engaging with its stakeholders, gathering feedback, and taking actions to improve and adapt its programs based on the input received.
