Community As One c.i.c have been working in conjunction with Bring it on Brum since 2021 to this present day to provide holiday camps for children and young adults during school terms. Our camps have provided free services such as Mentoring, nutritional education, physical activities, enrichment activities, sensory activities, arts and craft, mental health sessions and trips out whilst ensuring all who have attended receives a hot/cold nutritional free meal. All camps have been delivered in a safe and warm environment to children and young adults from ages 6-16. We have worked in partnership with the YMCA Erdington and Saint Barnabas Church in Erdington to deliver our holiday camps. Our camps have benefitted the community by providing all services for free, whilst ensuring to deliver activities and trips to families who may not be able to afford or have access to such services . Community As One services are inclusive to S.E.N.D families and families on low income. We have been providing families with free groceries and advice on how to obtain food on a low budget via our newsletters and signposting other agencies when needed. Community as one has provided employment opportunities to local residents of the Erdington arear as well as providing volunteer's positions. We have been able to provide a breakfast service to those in need during the cost of living crisis.
No consultation with stakeholders
Th total amount received by directors in respect of qualifying services was £6,000. There were no other transaction in connection with remuneration of directors.
