Traveller Pride has expanded its reach and has developed a number of new services for the communities we work with. We have held regular social events, given talks, opened our library scheme, acted as a platform for articles from our community, given out essential financial assistance and delivered training. Behind the scenes we have been focusing on implementing new procedures in order to apply for more substantial funding to allow us to plan for some full-time employees.
All of the directors are members of the communities we represent. We therefore bring our own understanding and knowledge through lived experience. We also have regular channels where we meet with stakeholders individually or in groups to hear suggestions and to ensure our focus is in line with their needs. We have received a lot of suggestions of what they would like us to do and these have been noted and researched and once we have increased funding we will be looking to implement a vast range of new resources.
The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services and reclaiming expenses was £16,511. Directors remuneration and related party transactions are detailed in the filed accounts for 2021/22. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director's loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
