Any profit generated is used to grow and developAny profit generated is used to grow and develop its business which is benefiting an identified community, or goes directly to benefit that community. We created a CIC so that we can give opportunities and training experience to our identified community, which is the community of people who are in the the creative industry. This year organised two events at the 02 and are now organising our third. See link form our website belowWe used these events to provide employment and give opportunities to (up -coming) singing acts, Dj's, graphic designers, presenters, event planners etc. It would be hard for many of these people to get opportunities and experience like this, so we set up events and give them the live experience which they can add on their CV, and also because of this many have been able to get jobs in the creative Industry along with a reference from us.We give them opportunities and allow them to gain new skills, to understand and learn what is to work in the real entertainment worldMany of the the young people we employ and give training opportunities have special needs and are not normally given opportunities, overlooked and disregarded and discriminated against because of their disability. We want them to feel included, as a father of an autistic child, it’s important for me to help young people with disabilities and special needs feel included, normal and give them skills at a young age that the they can use in everyday life. Money from the shows are invested back into the shows and used to pay those who were involved.
