The Company's inability to progress its objectives continued in the first half of the period, partly owing to lack of progress in identifying a suitable available construction site for the proposed skatepark and also the continued cessation of activities of the venue and service and equipment providers of the planned promotional event caused by the ongoing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.However, in August 2022, the Company received an approach from a firm of architects engaged by Bingham Town Council to submit proposals for the construction of a skatepark as part of a project to develop a piece of land in Bingham for community use.A draft Feasibility Report was issued on the 10th November 2022, and directors of the Company attended a meeting with the said architects on the 21st November 2022.At the end of the period, the architects' further report was awaited.
