Disadvantage communities and people living in the west midlands and surrounding areas, by providing support to such person and communities to engage with their long life learning, and become employability ready by working together to build self, community space learning, cultural identity and better public and community relationships that empowers people from deprived communities to have a better transition of suitable life, long life learning and social change for the common good through sharing best models of practices, leadership, new skills sets and innovated learning and safe space access for community development , empowerment and healthy minds and family relationships.
There not been no consultation but more of a regular online meeting of finding out what the community needs are few online questionnaires that helping us with Consultation, dialogue and communication with residence within the disadvantage communities to identify key priorities, strengthening partnership dynamics and community relationships so that input and feedback, as a responsive approach to joint programs and project working needs for the disadvantage communities. The meeting and online questionnaires aims was to help with the company policy dialogue and communication activities that will engage other community organisations and local authorities’ partners, ensuring an inclusive, effective, legitimate and accountable approach to joint working and co-production working are implementation within the company.
