Since 2019 up to march 2020 we have delivered 24 workshops and talks to professionals and those in training around the country. We developed these workshops using the lived experiences of survivors of CSE so that those who play a role in the lives of children or adult survivors will be best informed in how to understand this form of abuse and work to support victims of it. We have trained up four new members/survivors of CSE to deliver or work with us. We've also maintained a presence on social media, sharing posts, blogs, and other content raising awareness of CSE and related trauma and social issues. We've supported professionals and parents on an informal consultancy basis as and when needed. We have linked up with universities to provide experts by experience to partake in recruitment and assessment for social work. We've engaged in research and given interviews to the media around the topic of CSE.
We send out an evaluation survey to all of our clients/stakeholders who receive workshops from us, asking for their input, advice, and recommendations for how we can design our work around their needs. We evaluate this and make changes when ever necessary. We conducted later follow up interviews with volunteers from events and conferences we attended and presented at to assess the long term implications and affects our workshops/training had and to ensure our training was making a noticeable difference to their practice. We engage in informal consultation through social media, responding to comments made by stakeholders and other members of the community our CIC aims to serve.
As for our two directors, one is employed by the company to work four days a week, the other is commissioned on a freelance consultancy basis one day a week. No other remuneration from the company has gone to the directors.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
