The company has met its objectives to promote high quality healthcare in the UK during the financial year 2018-2019 through the following activitiesEstablishing a national registry of brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), which are rare and have no agreement on optimal management UK-wide. Working together with the National Institute for Health Research Brain Injury Medtech Cooperative (NIHR Brain MIC) and the University of Cambridge, Orion MedTech has led discussions with leading NHS clinicians to create a registry to collate outcome data and evaluate the comparative effectiveness of different management options within a clinical practice setting. In addition to national audit and long-term surveillance, the registry will provide a platform for enabling AVM research studies by supporting patient recruitment and clinical trials to increase understanding and improve practice for the 2,600 patients estimated to have an AVM each year in England alone (NHS Commissioning Board, 2012) . The registry software was offered to 9 NHS Trusts at no charge.
Consulting with key stakeholders to roll out emergency referral software without charge to 7 NHS Trusts. Outreach work has been done to establish contact with key stakeholders and build trust and understanding of the particular problems they face.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
