Brief description
The charging company charges by way of first legal mortgage the english charged land specified in schedule 3 (details of charged land) of the charge and all other real property now vested in the charging company together with all buildings and fixtures on that property. The charging company charges by way of first fixed charge all its intellectual property rights (including those set out at schedule 4 (registered, intellectual property rights) of the charge).
