Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis except for the modification to a fair |

|
The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis dependent on the continued financial support of the |

|
Related party exemption |
The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The |

Turnover |
Turnover represents the net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax, except in respect of service |

to which work has been performed. |
|
Financial instruments |
The company only enters into basic financial instruments transactions that result in the recognition of financial |
assets and liabilities like trade and other debtors and creditors, and a loan from its parent company. |
|
Basic financial liabilities, including creditors that are classified as debt are initially recognised as transaction |
price unless the arrangement constitutes a financing transaction, where the debt instrument is measured at the |

payable within one year are not amortised. |
|
Debt instruments are subsequently carried at amortised cost, using the effective interest method. |
|

Taxation for the period comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to |
the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
