Sisterhood School continues to provide creative social action programmes for young girls aged 13-17 years old. We work with schools across London to deliver our programmes and work closely with the teachers to select girls who would benefit from an opportunity such as this. We focused our work primarily with School 21, building a strong relationship and offering a continuation of our prorgramme. We worked with 10 girls from School 21 who together created a social action project for their community. Since attending our programmes: 1. 75% of participants said they increased in confidence2. 60% believe they can make a difference in society3. 80% have improved their communication and teamwork skills4. 75% would like to do another Sisterhood School programme
Our primary stakeholders includes both private and public schools currently based in London. This includes head teachers, department leaders and external partnership managers who are the decision makers on school budgets and curriculum. We offer consultation services at the beginning of every programme which is then used to develop the content of the programme for our beneficiaries. We regularly take feedback and use it to refine our services, we actively seek out feedback via verbal and written communication. This is also reported to our Advisory Board who review and feedback.
