Due to the effects of COVID and restrictions on music from the past couple of years - the company has been inactive, but has started to apply for funding in the hope of delivering community activities within the next financial year if funding sought is successful.
The Company has been consulting with local community groups and agencies to identify gaps within music/ health and wellbeing service provision and the impact COVID has had on individuals and families in order to provide business cases to potential funders.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
