Investment property comprises the freehold title to Islington Square, a substantial mixed-use site at Islington Square, London, N1, acquired during the year ended 31 December 2019. The Directors have determined the fair value of the investment property to be £1 (2020: £1) on the basis of future expected income earned from ground rents, which is £nil per annum.
