BASIS OF PREPARING THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS |
The financial statement has been prepared on a going concern basis as the directors are satisfied that the company will have adequate resources to meet its liabilities to third parties as they fall due. The directors will finance the company as and when required. |
PREPARATION OF CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS |
The financial statements contain information about The Pickled Pig Group Limited as an individual company and do not contain consolidated financial information as the parent of a group. The company is exempt under Section 399(2A) of the Companies Act 2006 from the requirements to prepare consolidated financial statements. |
RELATED PARTY EXEMPTION |
The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group. |

11. | GOING CONCERN |
In March 2020 the UK's economy was adversely impacted by the pandemic Covid19 and as a result the Company's income has not deteriorated. Consequently, the Company's performance has not been adversely impacted. The Company has determined that these events are non-adjusting subsequent events. Accordingly, the financial position and results of operations as of and for the year ended 31 March 2021 have not been adjusted to reflect their impact. The duration and impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the effectiveness of government and central bank responses, remains unclear at this time. It is not possible to reliably estimate the duration and severity of these consequences, as well as their impact on the financial position and results of the Company for future periods. The Company has support from the directors and shareholders to ensure it can operate successfully until the effects of the Covid19 pandemic have lifted. |
