The director controls the company. During the year the company paid £264 (2019 : £208) to I Mcpherson for use of home as office. During the year I Mcpherson had a director's loan account with the company. The loan is interest free and there are no fixed terms of repayment. The balance outstanding at the balance sheet date was £4,242 (2019 : £24,731 ) and the maximum balance outstanding during the year was £32,778. To the extent that any part of the loan remains outstanding by 31 July 2021 the company would be required to pay 32.5% tax, subsequently recoverable on the repayment of the loan. |
