To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Growth Property Solutions Limited and its Board of Directors as a body for our work or for this report. |

Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover |
|
Turnover represents the value, net of value added tax and discounts, of goods provided to customers and work carried out in respect of services provided to customers.
|

Depreciation |
|
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives. |

Plant and machinery |
15% Reducing balance method.
|
|

Stocks |
|
Stocks and work in progress (except long term contracts) are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value. Cost is calculated using the first-in-first-out method and consists of material and direct labour costs, together with an appropriate proportion of production overheads. |
