Britannia Events UK Ltd is deemed to be a related party under the provisions of FRS 8 'Related Party |
Disclosures' as it is a company in which all the Britannia Ahoy Limited directors have a material interest as |

During the year the company made sales of £NIL (2015: £60,339) and purchases of £NIL (2015: £1,058) with |
Britannia Ahoy Ltd. As at 31 August 2016 an amount of £20,430 was owed by the company to Britannia Events |
UK Ltd (2015: £570 owed to the company by Britannia Events UK Ltd). |
