During the previous year the company purchased 90,469 of its own Ordinary shares of £0.00001 each for total
consideration of £1,421,905, including associated stamp duty, 8,700,000 B Ordinary shares of £0.00001 each for
£87 and 1,389,973 of its own D Ordinary shares of £0.00001 each for a total consideration of £13,853,075,
including associated stamp duty. This represented 100% of the Ordinary shares, 100% of the B Ordinary shares,
34.9% of the D Ordinary shares and 58.3% of the total called-up share capital.
