Deferred tax |

have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the |

The director has considered the company's position with regards to COVID-19. Apart from minor operational |
changes, the business has continued to operate at normal levels, and the director believes there is no reason for |
this to change in the future. The director therefore considers there to be no going concern issue. |
