Included in debtors: amounts falling due within one year is a loan of £51,542 to Mrs K Morgan, the director and |
shareholder of the company. Interest has been charged on this loan at a rate of 3% and the amount of interest |
received in the year was £886. No S455 tax has been provided on the loan balance as the amount was fully |
repaid on 7th April 2017. |
