9. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
As at the balance sheet date, debtors included £1,489,290 (2022: £1,530,290) due from Masstrade Limited, a 50% joint venture company. The loan is interest free and repayable on demand. |
£13,660 (2022: £176,160) was receivable from LSR Properties Ltd, a company in which the shareholders of Tulip Property Developments Limited are also shareholders. The loan is interest free and repayable on demand. |
Other creditors include £130,000 (2022 - £150,000) owed to Mrs K Amin and £1,284,993 (2022 - £1,555,278) owed to Mr B Amin. Both loans are interest free and repayable on demand. |
