Accounting policies

Accounting convention
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2015). These accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis. This is considered appropriate, the lender has confirmed that the debt will not be called upon for repayment in the next two - five years.
