Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |

Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced rental income. |

Tangible fixed assets |
Depreciation is provided at the annual rates shown below in order to write off the cost of each asset less its |
estimated residual value over its useful life. |

Where an asset comprises separate components with substantially different useful economic lives, each |
component is accounted for separately for depreciation purposes and depreciated over its useful economic life. |
