Directors' Report for the Year Ended 31 December 2020
The directors present their report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020.
This report has been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Going concern
The company experienced a substantial fall in turnover due to the global pandemic, which has substantially impacted upon it's profitability. Government CJRS grants of £43,040 were awarded to the the company to support it during the year.The company also took out a bounce back bank loan of £50,000 in the year and began repaying the loan in June 2021. The directors were owed £46,190 at the balance sheet date, but this has reduced to £19,008 at today's date. The directors have agreed not to withdraw any more from their loan accounts until the situation improves.Further CJRS grants of £ 48,158 have been awarded in the current year and turnover has improved on the 2020 levels as some unfulfilled orders from existing customers are being completed in 2021. In addition the directors are in negotiations with one of the company's main customers regarding a restructuring of their trading agreement which is anticipated to further improve the company's turnover.. Finally, in support of their efforts to remain competitive and attract new work, the directors have invested in two new pieces of equipment, which they believe has helped with the steadily improving turnover.
