The accounts has been prepred on a going concern basis. The company is fully supported by its parent company. |

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial |
Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |

Turnover |
Turnover represents the amounts receivable in respect of goods and services supplied during the year, excluding value |
