Brief description
All freehold, leasehold and commonhold land in england and wales held by I supply energy limited (or in which I supply energy limited is otherwise interested) and all buildings situated on or forming part of that land and all associated fixtures, including all rights attaching or relating to such land, buildings or fixtures. Fixtures means all fixtures, fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings) and fixed plant and machinery and apparatus.. Any and all worldwide rights in copyrights and regulated rights (including rights in computer software), database rights, know how, topography rights, inventions, patents, supplementary protection certificates, utility models, plant variety rights, designs, design rights, moral rights, trademarks, trade names, business names, domain names, service marks, get-up, logos, confidential information, rights in unfair competition and other intellectual property rights as may exist anywhere in the world which I supply energy limited owns or in which I supply energy limited is otherwise interested, including but not limited to those described in schedule 5 in the charging instrument..
