Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |

The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |

2. | PROPERTY MANAGEMENT |
|
The company is a residential management company. The service charge certificate can be obtained from the |
property management agent, Revolution Property Management Limited, 384a Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LA. |
