Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Income |
|
Income represents ground rent receivable from the head lessess of the property. No VAT is due thereon. |
|
|
Depreciation |
|
No Depreciation is charged on the freehold land and buildings as, in the opinion of the directors, the residual value will not be less than the cost. |
