Basis of preparation of financial statements
|
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Section 1A of
Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in
the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006
.
The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 31 March 2020. The company has not traded during the year or during the preceeding financial year. During these periods, the company received no income and incurred no expendiuture and therefore made neither profit nor loss.
The financial statements have been drawn up on a going concern basis. The company is supported by a loan from its director, Mr P R Buckley, totalling £168,839 (2019: £168,839). Mr P R Buckley does not intend to call on this outstanding balance in the near future, and the directors are of the opinion that the financial statements should be drawn upon a going concern basis.
