All estates and interests in freehold, leasehold and other immovable property (wherever situated) now or in future belonging to the company, or in which the company has an interest at any time, including the registered land known as the elms residential home, swains road, bembridge PO35 5XS registered at the land registry with title number IW65393, the registered land known as arthurs hill, shanklin PO37 6EX registered at the land registry with title numbers IW42803 and HP76718 and the registered land known as queens road, ryde PO33 3BG registered at the land registry with title numbers IW15107 and IW43550, together with all buildings and fixtures (including trade fixtures) and fixed plant and machinery at any time thereon, all easements, rights and agreements in respect thereof and the benefit of all covenants given in respect thereof..
