The company has received non commercial loans from Highpoint Developments Limited, an associated |
company. At 31 March 2017 the total loan amounted to £27,411 (2016 - £27,478) and is included in creditors. |

The company is controlled by the directors by virtue of their share holdings in the company. |

10. | GOING CONCERN |
|
The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis due to the continued support given by the directors. |

11. | FIRST YEAR ADOPTION |
|
There have been no adjustments required to the amounts included in the financial statements as a result of the |
transition from UK GAAP to FRS 102 accounting standards. As such, there is no need for Reconciliation of |
Equity and Reconciliation of Profit and Loss statements. |
