All and whole that plot or area of ground shown outlined in red on the plan annexed and executed in part 3 of the schedule to the instrument evidencing the charge accompanying this form MR01, which plot is situated in the former burgh and parish of stornoway, barony of the lews and county of ross and cromarty and now in the said parish, isle of lewis, western isles area, and for registration purposes in the said county with buildings thereon known as number 30 bayhead street, stornoway, all as the said plot or area of ground is more particularly described in charter of novodamus granted by alexander john mackenzie and others as trustees thereinmentioned in favour of norman maclver dated 13 may 1947 and 31 may 1947 and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of ross and cromarty on 24 july 1947 under exception of all and whole that plot or area of ground lying to the west of kieth street, stornoway, isle of lewis, western isles area and for registration purposes in the said county, being the subjects more particularly described in and disponed by disposition by alasdair macritchie with the consent of mrs christina macritchie and by james afrin in favour of muirneag housing association limited dated 13 march 1995 and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of ross and cromarty on 29 march 1995.
