All and whole that area or piece of ground lying on the south side of goathill road, stornoway, in the former parish of stornoway, isle of lewis, now islands area of the western isles and for registration purposes in the county of ross and cromarty containing eight hundred square yards or thereby imperial standard measure and bounded on the north by goathill road, aforesaid, along which it extends sixty feet or thereby being the subjects shown outlined in red on the plan annexed and executed in part 3 of the schedule to the instrument evidencing the charge accompanying this form MR01 and being more particularly described in and in feu farm disponed by feu charter by roderick smith and others as trustees therein mentioned in favour of catherine mary macleod or macleod dated 25 may 1934 and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of ross and cromarty on 8 june 1934; together with the building thereon known as "hillcrest", forty one, goathill road, stornoway.
