Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax, together with turnover recognised |
on the basis that the company has obtained the right to consideration prior to the year end. The company |
considers that it has obtained the right to consideration on completion of a job. |

Goodwill, being the amount paid in connection with the acquisition of a business in 2003, is being amortised |
evenly over its estimated life. Since a reliable estimate of the useful life cannot be made it will be amortised over |

The above loan is unsecured and repayable on demand. During the year the company charged interest at 2.5% |
per annum on the above loan balance. The total interest charged amounted to £1,033 (2017 - £663). A significant |
repayment was made on 31 December 2017 of £54,000. |
