Brief description
A security agreement between the original chargors and mount street loan solutions LLP (as security agent) dated 30/05/2014 which includes, without limitation, a charge by way of legal mortage over 6 properties, including land and buildings known as the mall blackburn shopping centre (title number LA728130), wood green shopping city (title number EGL350011) and land and buildings known as the arndale centre, luton (title number BD195717), for a full list of the charged properties please refer to schedule 2 of the security agreement. The security agreement also includes fixed charges over cetain other assets including future intellectual property rights (for more details please refer to the instrument).
