Basis of preparing the financial statements |

Investment property |
Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from |
changes in fair value is recognised in profit or loss. |

Taxation |
Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, |
except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in |
equity. |

Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
|
Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been |
enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |

Transition to frs 102 |
The entity transitioned from previous UK GAAP to FRS 102 as at 1st April 2015. Details of how FRS |
102 has affected the reported financial position and financial performance is given in the notes to the |
financial statements. |

11. | ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY |
|
The company was under the control of Embeck Group Limited as at the year end by virtue of its |
shareholding. |

12. | PRIOR YEAR ADJUSTMENT |
|
The accounts have been restated to incorporate the impact of a misclassification of related company |
loans due in the prior year, previously recognised as amounts due after more than one year. The |
change has resulted in the amounts totalling £575,912 being reclassified as due within one year. The |
amounts due to the related companies were repayable on demand, but were not expected to be repaid |
within the next 12 months as at 31 March 2016, hence were classified as due after more than one |
year. |

On transition to FRS 102, the company has taken advantage of the following transitional relief: |
