The tenant with full title guarantee charges as a first legal charge his interest in the account and all money from time to time in the account or withdrawn from the account in accordance with the rent deposit deed to the landlord as security for the performance of the tenant's obligations under the lease and the rent deposit deed until such time as the deposit balance is released to the tenant in accordance with clause 6 of the rent deposit deed.
