Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.
This company is responsible for the management of Mead Court (Kingsmead) Management Trust and collects service charges from the lessees in order to fund expenditure incurred in the management of the properties. These service charge funds are held in trust for the lessees as required by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. Transactions relating to the management of the properties are reported separately to the lessees and are excluded from the company's financial statements.
These financial statements are prepared in Sterling, which is the functional currency of the company. All monetary amounts are rounded to the nearest £.
