By way of a fixed charge the principal amount of gbp 3,970,646 (three million nine hundred and seventy thousand six hundred and forty six pounds sterling) standing in or to be credited to the account designated shed productions (BG3, 8-16) security fund into which the deposit is made or to be made (and includes any re-designation thereof) or such other account to which the deposit may be transferred following a change in facility office or an assignment or novation of the agreement pursuant to clause 10 of the agreement (the "account").
