The directors consider that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to have an audit under the provisions of section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 ("the Act")
and members have not required the company to obtain an audit for the period in question in accordance with section 476 of the Act.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and for preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at 30 September 2015 and of its profit for the period in accordance with the requirements of sections 394 and 395 of the Act and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

Accounting policies

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The full financial statements, from which these abbreviated accounts have been extracted, have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008)

Turnover comprises revenue recognised by the company in respect of goods and services supplied during the period, exclusive of Value Added Tax and trade discounts.

Tangible fixed assets and depreciation

Share capital (continued)
During the year there was a restructuring of share capital. The 5,000 £1 Ordinary shares where reclassified as 2,000 £1 A Ordinary shares, 1,750 £1 B Ordinary shares, 1,000 £1 C Ordinary shares and 250 £1 D Ordinary shares. A further 250 £1 B Ordinary shares, 1,000 £1 C Ordinary shares and 417 £1 D Ordinary shares were issued in the year at par.
4.
Controlling party
Mr D Blundell and Mr M Cobb, directors of the company, have control of the company as a result of controlling, directly or indirectly, 60% of the issued share capital of the company. There is no one controlling party.
