Accounting Policy
The company acts as trustee of a statutory trust in respect of service charge monies collected for the maintenance of properties at 26 Harcourt Terrace Limited. The company's accounting policy is to exclude these funds from the company's accounts as separate service charge accounts are prepared and certified. The company was dormant throughout the period ended 30 September 2016. However reference to information relating to the prior period has been made where appropriate.
Service Charges
The company is responsible for the management of properties at 26 Harcourt Terrace Limited and collects service charges from the lessees in order to fund expenditure incurred in the management of the property.
