The company with full title guarantee charges its interest in the deposit account of all amounts becoming due to the landlord under the deed and also with the payment and discharge on a full indemnity basis of all reasonable and propert costs charges claims demands expenses losses or damages arising to the landlord in respect of any event of default as defined in the deed.
